NETWORK & COMMUNICATIONS INFRASTRUCTURE

The connectivity your factory needs.

A line expansion, new machine or link between buildings requires more than checking network points. We study routes, distances, cabinets and maintenance windows to define an installation compatible with the existing environment.

What we can include

  • Review of equipment, locations and communication needs.
  • Copper cabling and fiber optic links between buildings, racks and production areas.
  • Organisation and labelling of cabinets and network points.
  • Network equipment and segmentation agreed with technical managers.
  • Connectivity tests and documentation of the included work.

Materials, checks and deliverables are specified in the proposal.

PLC and machinery connections

We prepare the Ethernet infrastructure required by PLCs, machines and supervisory equipment. We verify interfaces and requirements with the manufacturer or automation integrator. PLC programming and changes to control logic are not part of the network service unless specifically contracted.

Fiber optics between buildings and factory areas

We design links between buildings, cabinets and production areas according to distance, available routes and endpoint equipment. We select fiber, terminations and network equipment as one solution, with agreed measurements to document the link.

IT networks and production communications

We work with IT and automation teams to define which devices need to communicate and which traffic must remain separate. VLANs, access and changes to existing equipment are planned with factory managers; critical networks are not modified without an agreed scope.

Installation coordinated with operations

We plan phases, access permissions and maintenance windows. We review conditions such as dust, temperature, interference and mechanical protection to select suitable materials. Special environmental requirements are validated before finalising the proposal.

Frequently asked questions

Can you expand an industrial network that is already running?

Yes. We study the existing installation and its restrictions before proposing an expansion. It is important to know the connected equipment, relevant configurations and authorised maintenance windows.

Does installation include PLC programming?

Not by default. Our scope focuses on communications infrastructure. We coordinate requirements with the integrator or manufacturer to distinguish network connectivity from machine programming or functional safety.

Can one building be connected to another with fiber?

Yes. We assess distances, conduits, permissions and equipment to define the link. The solution and measurements are detailed in the quote.

Do you work outside Valencia?

Yes. Cabletic is backed by YMANT to coordinate nationwide projects from offices in Valencia, Madrid and Barcelona. We confirm availability and scheduling according to location and scope.

HOW WE WORK

The scope your installation needs.

01 / COMPLETE PROJECT

Turnkey Project

We review PLCs, machinery, routes and fiber links between buildings to plan an installation coordinated with plant operations.

02 / SPECIALIST CAPABILITY

Phased Delivery

We provide capability for equipment connections, link expansion or network documentation.
